My name is Rob Cassidy, CEO of Xsellerate

I’m a high-energy, results-driven Executive with extensive experience in Sales and Leadership. Throughout my career, I’ve successfully led two companies to exits—starting as employee number one at a startup and later serving as Head of Sales for a scale-up.

 

Additionally, I was a founding employee in region for an international company, helping them achieve over $3M in annual recurring revenue within just two years.

 

My true passion lies in working with people to help them reach their goals and empowering them to be their best selves. I believe that sales is all about leading and educating prospects to find the right solutions for their needs —even if that means recommending something outside of my offerings. If I can help someone achieve their goals, that’s what matters most to me.

I'm an experienced B2B Campaign and Content Marketing Manager known for driving innovative strategies and executing end-to-end content marketing and demand generation campaigns successfully. Strategically driving demand and capturing leads for startups and scaleups with intricate, extended sales cycles. I tailor campaigns and content for every phase of the buying funnel. Being a detail-oriented project manager I have a knack for blending organization with creativity. I bringing over a decade of expertise in marketing leadership roles within B2B and HR Tech sectors, offering rich knowledge and experience.
